Return Policy

  1. Customers can initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving their ordered shipment. A mandatory box opening video is required to claim for a refund or replacement of the product. To initiate the return request, customers should email info@dastkaree.in
  • We will confirm the customer’s return request over email and arrange reverse pickup from the customer’s address within 2-3 days, subject to the availability of reverse-pickup service in the customer’s pin code area.
  • Customers should pack the products properly before handing over the package to pick up-executive.
  • If we receive returned items in poor condition (worn/torn/stained), no refund or exchange will be applicable.
  • Refunds will be offered in terms of our store credit. Customers can buy any product from our website with store credit.
  • Shipping Charges need to be bare from the customer’s end. Also shipping Charges are non-refundable.
  • After exchanging an order, second-time exchange/refund on that order will not be applicable.

Exceptions to General Terms

  1. If reverse-pickup facility is not available at customer area pin code, customer need to self-ship the products to our address
